The hotel offers nice views, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining room can be chaotic at times, but the overall experience is pleasant.
My stay at this hotel was incredible! The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and quite spacious, with a large balcony offering outstanding views of the sea and mountains. The only downside was that the sun only reached our balcony until early afternoon, but luckily, room 125 is on the corner, so we managed to enjoy it for longer.
The hotel offers a breathtaking location with beautiful views and a relatively close distance to the town for easy exploring. The rooms are comfortable and clean but may have some issues with bed arrangements. The service provided, from the animation team to restaurant and bar staff, is exceptional, although reception could be improved at times. The dining experience offers a wide selection of tasty dishes, especially in the setting of beautiful Agios Nikolaos. The facilities are well-equipped and convenient for a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The proximity to beautiful beaches and the town was a major plus. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made sure everything was perfect. The location offered stunning views but might be challenging for those with mobility issues. The dining options were varied and satisfying, though some meals were better than others.
The hotel was situated at the top of the complex, with my room being positioned at the back near the car park and open-air theatre, which was a bit concerning. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful with our dietary needs, even the chef went above and beyond to prepare special dishes for us. The hotel's location on a steep hill was a bit challenging, and unfortunately, the dining experience did not live up to our expectations with limited breakfast options available.
Staying in the superior double room with a private pool and sea view was amazing, offering great proximity to the beach and lovely views. However, the room was a bit dark and damp with some insects, and the bed setup was not ideal for a couple, causing discomfort.
